Commissions are for personal use only. Comms may be used as profile pictures/banners
I own all rights to the artwork
i am allowed to post the commission on social media
dont use it for any AI stuff.
provide at least 2 visual references of what it is you will commission; makes it easier overall, less mistakes. less than 2 visual references will be denied
I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.

process
first come first serve!
starting the commission; i will provide the sketch of the commission (once done of course), and here you may tell me to correct any mistakes. after getting 100% approval, there cant be major changes such as changing the whole position of the arm, hairstyle, etc. so be sure to make a decision you wont regret!
during flat coloring, an image will be provided to once again make sure there are no mistakes and it is safe to continue
i'll keep you, the commissioner, updated through text when beginning a new process.
you make ask for a review during process 3 times per stage; and you will be allowed a final review for adjustments during the final stage of whichever commission you asked for!
payment
payment is done through paypal only, and in usd currency exclusively
100% of the commission must be paid upfront if approved
refunds
if you wish to cancel a commission after approving the sketch (with your requested type progress done), you will receive 60% of the total payment back, but no piece will be received
if you wish to cancel a commission as you approve the sketch, you will receive the sketch and refund for every additional cost. this meaning the type of drawing: colored sketch, outline, base color, cell/full shade. this does not include fees of: background, extra characters, extra items, extra expressions, complexity, additional arm(s) pose change.
if i, the artist, wish to cancel a commission for some reason, you will receive 75% of the total payment back, and you will receive the piece as it is
